Three barriers we remove:

Market-entry barrierA distributor won't take a large volume from a new supplier without a trial batch, and an exporter isn't ready to ship one at their own expense without a guaranteed sale — air freight makes this unprofitable. The deal falls through before shipping even starts. -
Small-volume barrierOrder volumes are often below a full truckload — forcing a choice between stockpiling goods for one large shipment (freezing working capital) or overpaying for air freight on every batch. -
Piece-goods barrierA constraint for suppliers of unit equipment, spare parts, and components: batch volume is often not enough to fill a container. The result is overpaying to ship a small volume, or delaying shipment until enough volume accumulates.

What's not included in the shipping cost:
The required document set depends on the product category and UAE/Gulf requirements (Halal Certificate, Health Certificate, Sanitary Certificate, ECAS Certificate of Conformity, and others). If you already have the documentation ready, no further action is needed. If not, we identify the documents required for your specific product, advise where they can be obtained in Russia, and carry out a preliminary check in the UAE.
Transportation to the consolidation warehouse in Moscow is carried out by the sender.
Importing products into the UAE requires registration of each SKU; registration is only available to companies registered in the UAE. If the receiving partner undertakes registration, this service is not required; otherwise, registration is handled by us. The municipality fee ranges from $5 to $15 per SKU.
Translation can be performed independently or ordered as a separate service. Goods marking is the responsibility of the sender: the cargo must arrive at the consolidation warehouse already marked in accordance with Russian and UAE legal requirements. Consultation on applicable requirements is available upon request.
The duty is calculated individually for each shipment, depending on the customs value and product category. An agreement between the UAE and Russia on a gradual reduction of duties—from 5% to 0.6%—on a number of product categories comes into effect on October 6. The current duty amount for a specific product is provided in advance, prior to shipment.
The recipient can pick up the cargo from our warehouse in Dubai, or delivery can be arranged to any location within the Gulf region.

Маркировка должна соответствовать требованиям GSO — включать наименование продукта, состав, страну происхождения, данные производителя, сроки производства и годности, условия хранения. Перевод можно выполнить самостоятельно или заказать у нас как отдельную услугу
Товар должен поступить на склад консолидации в Москве уже промаркированным и готовым к отправке — стикеровка выполняется силами отправителя до передачи груза
Стандартная весовая норма — до 650 кг на паллету; упаковка должна обеспечивать сохранность при транспортировке и температурном режиме на всём пути через Иран.
Для товаров с ограниченным сроком хранения на момент прибытия в ОАЭ должно оставаться не менее 60-80% от общего срока годности — точный минимальный порог зависит от категории продукта
Коммерческий инвойс на английском и русском языке, упаковочный лист, сертификат происхождения (опционно) — данные во всех документах должны совпадать с фактическим товаром и этикеткой без расхождений

What to know before your first shipment
- What is consolidated (LCL) cargo?A shipment carried in one vehicle together with cargo from other shippers — you pay only for the volume you actually use.
- What cargo can you carry?Food products, cosmetics, industrial goods, spare parts — including temperature-controlled cargo. For non-standard categories, please check shipping terms individually.
- How does customs clearance in the UAE work?Through our own trading company in Dubai — without involving external brokers.
- Do you deliver only to Dubai?We deliver to any city in the UAE, as well as to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Iran.
- How often are batches formed?As cargo accumulates from consolidation participants — typically once every 2–3 months; frequency depends on request volume for the period. Current dates for the next dispatch are confirmed with a manager when you submit your request.
- Can you work under a contract I've already signed with a partner in the Gulf?Yes — if you have a direct contract, we can support the shipment under an agency agreement, keeping the terms of your existing deal.
- In what currency, and with whom, is the contract signed?The contract is signed with a single Russian legal entity, with settlements in rubles. There's no need to work with foreign counterparties or international payments.
